Note: We currently cannot ship to certain parts of Asia and remote locations.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Infant apparel
  • Headwear (beanies, FlexFit hats, and other hats)

Collectibles and holiday items may have special return conditions – contact us before returning.

  3. Package item securely in original packaging
