Order Processing

We hustle to get your gear ready for shipment within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping methods to get your sports gear to you:

1. Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Tracking included

2. Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking included

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain parts of Asia and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

While we’re confident you’ll love your premium sports gear, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Our policy is designed to be as straightforward as a layup – no complicated plays here!

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Infant apparel
  • Headwear (including beanies, FlexFit hats, and other hats)

Additionally, collectibles and holiday items may have special return conditions – please contact us before returning these items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval – Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  3. Package Your Item – Once approved, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging
  4. Ship It Back – Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email)
  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange – We’ll process your request once we receive and inspect the returned item(s)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing
  • Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received, with standard processing times (1-2 business days)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be subject to customs fees that are not refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
